ZoomInfo is seeking a Learning & Development Manager II to facilitate training sessions for customers and develop engaging training content. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and utilize Salesforce for tracking. This role requires strong communication skills and creativity.
You have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in facilitating training sessions that engage and inspire participants. Your creativity and imagination allow you to develop training content that resonates with diverse audiences. You are confident in your ability to connect with customers and help them increase their proficiency with ZoomInfo products. You are a team-oriented individual who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys working with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and implement effective solutions. You have a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM, which you use to document and track training sessions, attendees, and follow-ups. You are committed to driving customer engagement and ensuring that training leads to lasting impact.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating training sessions for both new and existing ZoomInfo customers. You will ensure that these sessions align with established programs to promote immediate adoption and success. You will document and track all training activities in Salesforce, maintaining accurate records of attendees and follow-ups. You will collaborate with the Learning & Development team to conduct needs assessments and develop strategic methods for training delivery. Your role will also involve creating content for training sessions aimed at both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that the material is relevant and impactful. You will drive customer engagement beyond onboarding and fundamental trainings, guiding them towards achieving the highest degree of proficiency through the ZoomInfo Certification program. Customizing each training session to meet the specific needs of your audience will be a key part of your responsibilities.
