What you'll do

As a Transportation Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in the Transportation Operation Center (TOC) — your primary responsibility will be to facilitate communication between carriers, hubs, and warehouses, ensuring that freight is picked up and delivered on schedule. You will address any potential issues that arise during the transportation lifecycle, working closely with vendors and fulfillment centers to maintain operational continuity.

You will monitor inbound and outbound operations, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of any exceptions or delays — your proactive approach will help mitigate risks and enhance customer experience. You will also engage in data analysis to identify trends in network exceptions, contributing to the continuous improvement of transportation processes.

In this role, you will collaborate with various teams across the Amazon Supply Chain network, providing insights and recommendations based on your observations and analyses. Your contributions will directly impact Amazon's ability to serve customers efficiently and effectively.
