GitLab is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage and grow enterprise relationships in the Indian market. You'll lead the sales cycle for GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in the BFSI sector.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the BFSI sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this market. With 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, you excel at building relationships and driving value for clients. You are adept at leading the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your skills to achieve targets. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex solutions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
You are passionate about technology and understand the impact of AI in software development. You are comfortable discussing technical concepts and can translate them into business value for your clients. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for growth and innovation within your accounts. You are also a team player who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
Experience with DevSecOps platforms or similar technologies is a plus. Familiarity with GitLab's products and services will give you an edge in this role. You are proactive in seeking out new business opportunities and have a knack for identifying and nurturing leads. You are also comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track your progress.
