Overview
ITHAKA is seeking an Intern for Outreach to assist in growing participation in JSTOR’s Digital Stewardship Services. This role involves market research and creating storytelling tools. Ideal candidates are aspiring archivists or library graduate students.

Who you are
You are an aspiring archivist or library graduate student eager to learn about Special Collections, Archives, and Digital Preservation. You have a research-minded approach and are motivated to dive deep into the product and market landscape for digital collection management tools. Your interest in data, analytics, and the impact of digital collections on users drives your desire to contribute meaningfully to the mission of expanding access to knowledge and education.
What you'll do
In this 12-week internship, you will work closely with the Director of Business Development to complete market overviews for assigned regions. You will identify region-specific trends relating to digital stewardship and collections management, creating use cases that effectively bring digital collections and scholarly resources together for teaching and learning. Additionally, you will identify top prospects and peer groups that Outreach should connect with, contributing to the overall growth of JSTOR’s Digital Stewardship Services.
