Braze is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to manage client renewals and retention for major international brands. You'll partner with senior colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and support. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to client management.

You have a proven track record in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You excel at building relationships and have a knack for understanding client needs — your ability to communicate effectively makes you a trusted advisor to your customers. You are driven by results and take ownership of your clients' success, ensuring they achieve their goals with the solutions you provide. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service. You are adaptable and open to new perspectives, embracing change as an opportunity for growth. You understand the importance of client retention and are committed to achieving renewal targets while fostering long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own client renewals and retention targets for your customers within larger groups, acting as their main point of contact at Braze. You will partner with Strategic Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to ensure a seamless experience for your clients. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of your clients' business objectives and challenges, providing tailored solutions that drive value. You will proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring they are aware of the full range of services available to them. You will also conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to advocate for your clients' needs and contribute to product improvements based on feedback. You will be empowered to make a real impact, driving customer success and satisfaction.
