OpenSpace is hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive sales in the construction technology sector. You'll manage the entire sales cycle and engage with enterprise-level clients. This role requires a proven track record in sales and relationship building.
You are a seasoned sales professional with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of building trusted relationships and closing complex deals. You thrive in competitive environments and excel at navigating enterprise-level sales cycles. Your ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and demonstrate the value of OpenSpace will be critical to your success. You have experience in revenue generation and are adept at meeting and exceeding sales targets through a consultative sales approach. You understand the importance of an adopt-and-grow strategy focused on acquiring new customers and expanding within accounts by selling to Mid-Market and Enterprise Accounts.
You possess strong account management skills, allowing you to identify, develop, and close enterprise sales opportunities by understanding customer pain points and aligning them with our SaaS solutions at OpenSpace. You are skilled in pipeline development, building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships. Your client engagement skills enable you to conduct high-level conversations with end-users to C-suite executives, identifying needs and demonstrating the value of OpenSpace solutions. You are proficient in solution selling, presenting customized demos, proposals, and ROI-driven solutions to clients.
