What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Japan Procurement, you will own the end-to-end sourcing and procurement operations for Rocket Now, ensuring that all categories, including food & beverage, packaging, and logistics services, are managed effectively. You will develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's rapid expansion goals, focusing on speed, cost efficiency, and quality.

You will lead supplier selection and relationship management efforts, identifying and onboarding suppliers that meet Rocket Now's performance standards. Your role will involve negotiating pricing and payment terms to secure the best possible deals for the company. You will also drive cost efficiencies through competitive bidding and demand consolidation, ensuring that procurement practices support the overall business strategy.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to your success. You will work closely with operations, logistics, and technology teams to ensure that procurement activities align with operational needs and technological capabilities.
