You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients is unmatched, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can leverage your skills to drive growth. You are a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of the technology landscape and can effectively communicate the value of Cloudflare's solutions to diverse audiences.
You are not just a salesperson; you are a trusted advisor to your clients. You understand their needs and challenges, and you are committed to helping them achieve their goals. Your empathetic approach allows you to connect with clients on a deeper level, fostering long-term partnerships that benefit both parties. You are also comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Experience in the cybersecurity or cloud services industry is a plus, as is familiarity with the competitive landscape. You are adept at using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track your progress, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your targets. A background in technical sales or a strong understanding of technical concepts will help you communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind Cloudflare's most strategic customer engagements. You will lead the charge in securing and expanding critical accounts, working closely with the Enterprise/Field Sales team to identify opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing account strategies, conducting presentations and product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to close deals.
You will collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure that our clients receive the best possible service and support. Your insights will help shape our offerings and improve our customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and providing regular updates to management on your progress.
