Google is seeking a Senior Associate in Strategy and Operations to drive initiatives for the US Consumer, Government, and Entertainment growth strategy. You'll work closely with GTM teams and require strong analytical skills and experience in business strategy.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory roles. An MBA is preferred, and you have at least 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment. You are skilled in creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting, which are crucial for this high-impact role. You possess strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a pragmatic sense of how to execute initiatives effectively.
In this role, you will be instrumental in executing Google's ambitious growth strategy across the US Consumer, Government, and Entertainment verticals. You will collaborate with GTM teams to drive initiatives that unlock incremental growth. Your responsibilities will include supporting initiatives alongside CG&E Leadership on key growth opportunities and serving as a thought partner to executive stakeholders. You will communicate recommendations based on investigative insights and provide project management and operational support to the US CG&E GTM team as business needs arise.
Google offers a competitive salary range for this full-time position, which is between $118,000 and $170,000, along with bonuses, equity, and benefits. The salary is determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that fosters growth and innovation, contributing to the success of Google's Ads business.
