You are a dynamic and charismatic Agile Coach with a holistic understanding of Agile methodologies. You have experience in guiding teams through various stages of the product development lifecycle, focusing on coaching individuals and teams towards their objectives. You value human interaction over rigid processes and are skilled in optimizing and improving workflows. You embrace change and are not afraid of ambiguity, understanding that being Agile is about building products that customers love to use. You have a diverse problem-solving toolkit and are experienced in helping new teams form and gel effectively. Building trust within your teams and with senior leaders is paramount to you, and you drive change by delivering tangible improvements in culture and ways of working.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in making a positive impact on individuals, teams, and the products they build. You will coach teams to prioritize outcomes over outputs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops, guiding teams in Agile practices, and helping them to visualize their work. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of Agile principles. You will also be responsible for assessing team dynamics and providing feedback to enhance collaboration and efficiency. Your role will require you to lead by example, demonstrating the values of Agile and encouraging teams to adopt these practices in their daily work.
