You have extensive experience in program management, particularly in engineering operations, and a proven track record of defining and operationalizing standards for product readiness. Your strong technical judgment allows you to navigate complex engineering challenges and ensure that new products meet security, reliability, and compliance standards before launch. You excel in influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration among Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and Go-to-Market teams. You are adept at turning expectations into clear baseline requirements and repeatable execution processes that are embedded into the technology stack for consistency and scalability.
You thrive in a remote-first culture and are comfortable working with diverse teams across different locations. Your passion for innovation and improving developer experiences drives you to create operational mechanisms that enhance product quality and team efficiency. You understand the importance of adaptability in a fast-paced environment and are committed to continuous improvement in engineering practices.
