What You'll Be Doing

Manage and explore CEX-related DeFi projects, planning innovative integrations between Onchain Earn, Loan/Borrow, and other DeFi products with CeFi.
Lead marketing efforts for CEX DeFi-related products, collaborating with business development teams, local market managers, and other teams for effective execution.
Gather user insights and identify the latest trends and hotspots in the crypto/Web3 industry to positively influence the product roadmap.
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to business units, leveraging data-driven insights to support growth and product optimization.
Work efficiently with the Listing BD team and other Web3 business teams to develop effective growth strategies.
Analyze data and customer feedback to develop actionable product implementation plans that drive CEX AUM growth.

What We Look For In You

5-8 years of product strategy/product management experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High-level understanding of the Web3 industry; deep on-chain experience is required.
Prior experience in exchanges, VCs, project teams, or hands-on operational roles is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is an advantage.
