What you'll do

In this role, you will provide critical support across all Saronic programs, working closely with the Program Coordinator to manage mission operations initiatives. You will be responsible for upholding program management standards and ensuring that all initiatives meet the high-quality expectations set by the organization. Your role will involve engaging with executives to communicate progress and challenges, as well as managing accounts to foster strong relationships with stakeholders. You will partner with cross-functional teams to navigate the complexities of program requirements, contributing to the successful stand-up and execution of new Mission Operations programs. Your ability to analyze program maturity will be essential in identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that all initiatives align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also play a key role in documenting processes and outcomes, providing insights that will help shape future operations.
