Key job responsibilities
We are seeking a Solutions Architect who can consult with new and existing publishers to improve their programmatic infrastructure. In this role, you will:
* Be a key technical liaison for Amazon Publisher Services’ customers
* Partner closely with business and account teams as a technical consultant for custom integrations and solutions
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges for our customers
* Champion new product requirements and features for development
* Identify short and long-term product opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to customers

A day in the life
The Solutions Architect team at APS plays a key role in integrating and troubleshooting our video and display ads and related products with our STV (Connected and Streaming TV) and mobile publishing partners worldwide.
This team provides essential services and technical support to publishers, ensuring smooth implementation and optimal performance of our solutions.
Solutions Architects also collaborate closely with our internal product and engineering teams, acting as subject matter experts to champion new product requirements and features, enhancing our offerings based on real-world insights and client needs.- Bachelor's degree, or Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
- Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies
- Experience with STV (Connected TV) or Android/iOS mobile SDK
- Experience communicating technical concepts to external business and technical audiences
- Experience with ad servers such as Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Springserve, Publica- Development experience with Java, JavaScript, Swift or other any other languages
- An interest in the business behind the products we develop
- Experience troubleshooting with network debugging tools such as Charles Proxy, Burp Suite or Wireshark
- Experience in the ad tech industry and openRTB
- Verbal and written language skills in either German, French or Spanish would be advantageous
