Intercom is seeking a GTM Data Analyst to provide data-driven insights that support scaled, digital-first go-to-market programs. You'll analyze customer cohorts and measure program impacts using SQL and Google Analytics. This role requires experience in data analysis and A/B testing.
You have a strong background in data analysis, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are proficient in SQL and have a solid understanding of Google Analytics, allowing you to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct cohort analyses and measure the impact of digital engagements on business metrics. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that data-driven decisions are well-informed and effectively communicated. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to the success of scaled digital programs. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance measurement strategies.
