Twilio is hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to enhance conversion rates through A/B testing and personalization efforts. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Design/UX, and Engineering to optimize digital experiences. This role requires experience in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
You have a strong background in conversion rate optimization, with at least 3 years of experience in executing A/B tests and analyzing user behavior to drive improvements. Your analytical skills are complemented by a solid understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics, allowing you to derive actionable insights from data. You are proficient in SQL, enabling you to query databases and extract relevant information to inform your strategies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design/UX, and Engineering to create seamless user experiences. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying opportunities for optimization across various digital touchpoints.
Experience with personalization tools and techniques is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience design principles. A background in digital marketing or a related field will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team. You are comfortable presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
In this role, you will execute a comprehensive conversion rate optimization roadmap that is built on data, insights, and hypotheses. You will be responsible for designing and implementing A/B tests across Twilio's website, landing pages, and chat experiences to improve user engagement and conversion rates. Collaborating with the Marketing team, you will analyze user journeys and identify key areas for improvement, ensuring that all digital experiences are optimized for maximum effectiveness. You will work closely with Design/UX to create compelling and user-friendly interfaces that drive conversions. Additionally, you will partner with Engineering to ensure that technical implementations align with your optimization strategies. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and analysis of test results, allowing you to iterate on strategies and share insights with the broader team.
