Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the SaaS industry, where you've successfully led product development from ideation to launch. Your deep understanding of agile development methodologies allows you to effectively manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that engineering, design, and marketing are aligned to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to define product vision and success metrics that drive user engagement and satisfaction. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels helps you advocate for your product and influence decision-making. You are passionate about innovation and thrive in a collaborative environment where you can contribute to shaping the future of revenue optimization.

Desirable

Experience in Sales Performance Management (SPM) or Revenue Performance Management (RPM) is a plus, as is familiarity with user research and A/B testing methodologies. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to inform product decisions and have a track record of delivering impactful solutions that meet customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager at Varicent, you will take ownership of the product roadmap, defining the vision and strategy for our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product features, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation in the SPM market. Your role will involve managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating sprint planning sessions to keep the team focused and productive. You will also conduct user research to gather insights that inform product development and help identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborating with marketing, you will ensure that go-to-market strategies align with product launches, maximizing impact and user adoption. You will be responsible for tracking product performance metrics and iterating on features based on user feedback and data analysis. Your leadership will help foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the team, driving the success of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

What we offer

At Varicent, you will join a diverse and collaborative team that values innovation and excellence. We provide a supportive environment where you can unlock your potential and grow your career.
