Okta is seeking an SMB Account Executive to drive new logo acquisition and manage existing accounts in the Iberia region. You'll focus on expanding Okta's footprint in Spain and Portugal, leveraging your skills in sales and customer relationship management.
You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the technology sector, and a proven track record of acquiring new customers. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. Your entrepreneurial spirit and high energy make you a perfect fit for this role, as you will be responsible for establishing Okta as the standard for identity in the Iberia region. Experience in selling SaaS solutions or identity management products is a plus. Familiarity with the Iberian market and its unique challenges will help you navigate customer needs effectively. You are comfortable with data-driven decision-making and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies.
In this role, you will act as the primary engine for growth in the Iberia region, focusing on identifying and closing new business opportunities within the Emerging segment, which includes companies with under 300 employees. You will actively prospect for new logos, utilizing your networking skills and industry knowledge to create meaningful connections. Managing and growing the existing install base is also a key responsibility, where you will work with customers post-sale to accelerate adoption and identify upsell opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product adoption.
