Narvar is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the development of new product features and enhance the web application. You'll work with technologies like Java and focus on distributed systems and architecture. This role requires 10+ years of backend development experience.
You have 10+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and robust systems. Your expertise in distributed systems allows you to design and implement architectures that meet both business and technical requirements. You are passionate about mentoring engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within your team.
Your technical skills include a deep understanding of system design principles and best practices. You advocate for high-quality code that is modular, extendible, and functional, ensuring that your team adheres to these standards. You thrive in cross-functional environments, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineering leadership to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
