Ivalua is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure client success post-implementation and foster long-term partnerships. This role focuses on driving customer satisfaction and adoption of Ivalua's cloud-based procurement solutions.

You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are skilled at driving user adoption and satisfaction. What you'll do

As a Customer Success Manager at Ivalua, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients achieve their desired outcomes with our cloud-based procurement solutions. You will work closely with clients post-implementation to establish strong partnerships and promote user adoption. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience.
