What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Samsara's Connected Operations™ Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique operational challenges and tailor solutions that meet their needs. Your role will involve conducting needs assessments, developing implementation plans, and overseeing the deployment of technology solutions. You will provide training and support to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform to drive operational improvements. You will collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on client needs and contribute to the development of new features. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and safety of operations across various industries, including transportation, agriculture, and construction. You will also be responsible for tracking project progress and reporting on outcomes to stakeholders.
