While project management experience is a plus, it is not a strict requirement for consideration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling high-volume interviews for Stripe candidates globally, ensuring that the process is executed with speed and efficiency. You will work closely with recruiters and interviewers to deliver a great candidate experience throughout the interview process. Tracking candidate progress from initial contact through to offer acceptance will be a key part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with other coordinators on cross-functional teams will also be essential to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
