Teya is seeking a Head of Inside Sales & Digital Channels to lead their sales function in Madrid. You'll drive revenue growth in the SMB market segment through strategic leadership and operational excellence. This role requires extensive experience in sales management.

Who you are

You are an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, particularly in the SMB market segment. With at least 5 years of experience in sales management, you have successfully built and scaled sales teams, demonstrating your ability to lead high-velocity acquisition and conversion strategies. You possess a strategic mindset combined with operational rigor, allowing you to design effective sales processes that yield predictable revenue. Your hands-on leadership style fosters a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to excel.

You understand the unique challenges faced by small, local businesses and are passionate about providing them with the tools they need to thrive. Your experience in digital sales channels equips you with the knowledge to leverage technology effectively in driving sales performance. You are adept at analyzing market trends and customer needs, enabling you to develop strategies that resonate with your target audience. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating your vision and inspiring your team to achieve ambitious goals.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Teya's Inside Sales and Digital Sales function.
