Dropbox is hiring a GTM Strategy Partner to drive growth and customer acquisition strategies. You'll work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, utilizing data-driven insights to shape GTM strategies. This role requires familiarity with analytical frameworks and a background in GTM motions.
You have a strong background in strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct structured, data-driven analyses that identify growth opportunities and risks. You understand the importance of customer targeting, segmentation, and prioritization, and you can translate insights into clear, executive-ready recommendations that shape GTM strategies and investment decisions. You are familiar with propensity modeling and customer scoring, which helps you develop effective programmatic GTM motions and Sales Plays. Your experience partnering with field organizations such as Sales and Customer Success has equipped you with the skills to bridge strategy and execution effectively.
You have a keen understanding of the AI market and AI product adoption patterns, which will be beneficial in shaping Dropbox's GTM strategies. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, RevOps, Finance, Marketing, and Analytics, ensures that strategies are sharp, data-informed, and executable in the field. You are comfortable presenting to senior leadership and influencing high-impact decisions that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
In this role, you will run the engine room for strategy and insights that guide how Dropbox grows, defends, and acquires customers. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and shaping the GTM strategies that land in the field. Your work will directly influence the iteration of Sales Plays, prioritization frameworks, planning, forecasting, and performance measurement. You will conduct structured analyses to identify risks and focus areas, leading the insight and problem framing behind GTM decisions. Your recommendations will shape GTM Strategy and investment decisions, ensuring that they are actionable and aligned with Dropbox's commercial goals. You will design analytical frameworks and performance dashboards that provide visibility into the effectiveness of GTM strategies, enabling the team to make informed decisions.
