Overview

Google is seeking a Business Development Manager for New Business Sales to engage clients in the export sector. You'll leverage your sales experience and fluency in Mandarin and English to drive collaborations and meet business goals.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales — you can communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin, allowing you to effectively engage with clients in the region. Your background includes working in a complex, matrixed organization, where you have successfully met and exceeded business goals. You possess experience in business or marketing within the export or e-commerce industry, and you have a knack for networking within the ecosystem to drive collaborations. You thrive in fluid environments and are passionate about sales, with a strong commitment to maximizing customer success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that help achieve their most ambitious goals. You will collaborate with sellers to shape the future of advertising and make a real impact on the millions of companies and billions of users that trust Google. Your responsibilities will include developing data-driven analyses and recommendations that align with customer goals, as well as quantifying opportunities to present to customers. You will also be involved in the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.
