Fivetran is seeking a Visual Designer to support their Brand Design team in evolving and maintaining a high-quality visual identity. You'll work with Figma and Photoshop to create versatile design systems. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and experience in web design.
You have a strong background in visual design, with a focus on brand identity and design systems. Your experience includes designing for websites and creating flexible design systems that maintain high quality and consistency. You excel at articulating design decisions clearly and effectively, making you a valuable collaborator in cross-functional teams. You thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly. Your versatility allows you to juggle multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines, and you enjoy collaborating with others to push the brand forward. You are detail-oriented and passionate about great design, always striving to elevate the brand's visual identity.
Experience with motion design or animation is a plus, as is familiarity with user experience principles. A portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects will strengthen your application.
In this role, you will support the Brand Design team in creating and evolving Fivetran's visual identity. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure that design systems are implemented effectively across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing web assets, contributing to the development of brand guidelines, and ensuring consistency in visual communication. You will participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on marketing campaigns and product launches. Your ability to articulate design concepts will help facilitate discussions and drive alignment among team members. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating design documentation to ensure that all team members have access to the latest resources.
