Overview

Vestwell is seeking a Director of Relationship Management to lead a team focused on state ABLE programs. You'll engage with state clients and oversee project management and client satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in project oversight.

You have a proven track record in relationship management, ideally within the financial technology sector, and possess strong leadership skills to guide a team effectively. Your experience includes engaging with clients at various levels, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term partnerships. You understand the nuances of project management and can navigate complex client interactions with ease. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction is always a priority. Your ability to communicate effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to manage expectations and drive successful outcomes. You are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on while maintaining a focus on strategic goals.

What you'll do

As the Director of Relationship Management, you will lead a dedicated team focused on state ABLE programs powered by Vestwell Government Savings. Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the senior-most relationship manager, overseeing the engagement with individual state clients. You will ensure that the team delivers high-quality service and satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact for state clients. You will also support the Senior Vice President of ABLE Programs in all aspects of program administration, contributing to the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the team. Daily, you will engage with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on program developments, and address any concerns that may arise. You will manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all client interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative team environment, where each member feels empowered to contribute to the success of the ABLE programs. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement within the team and implementing best practices to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
