Guidepoint is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment strategy for the EMEA region. You'll manage a team of recruiters and utilize state-of-the-art technology to enhance the hiring process. This role requires strong leadership and recruitment expertise.
You are an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally with 5+ years in a leadership role. You have a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in the EMEA region and are skilled in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Your experience includes managing teams of recruiters, mentoring them, and driving performance through effective coaching and support. You are adept at using technology to streamline recruitment processes, including tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse. You are passionate about diversity and inclusion in hiring and have experience implementing initiatives that promote these values within your organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
In this role, you will lead the Talent Acquisition function for the EMEA region, overseeing a team of up to 7 full-cycle recruiters. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent to Guidepoint. You will advise the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team on market insights and trends, ensuring that the recruitment approach is data-driven and aligned with the company's growth objectives. You will manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Additionally, you will oversee campus programs and initiatives aimed at building a strong employer brand in the region. You will have the opportunity to mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. You will also be involved in special projects related to diversity and inclusion, candidate experience, and recruitment metrics, contributing to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition team.
