Checkr is hiring a Data Analyst for their Supply Chain team to design and maintain dashboards and assess vendor performance. You'll work with SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. This role requires experience in data analysis and vendor management.
You have a strong background in data analysis, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. You understand the importance of data quality and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that the data you work with is accurate and reliable. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly in vendor management, and can communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner. You thrive in environments where you can solve complex problems and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Experience in supply chain analytics or vendor management is a plus. Familiarity with automated alerting systems and performance monitoring tools will help you excel in this role. A background in developing scoring models for data quality will be beneficial as you define and standardize metrics for vendor assessment.
As a Data Analyst in the Supply Chain team at Checkr, you will design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for current data vendors. You will develop automated alerting systems to flag SLA breaches, allowing the Vendor Management team to address performance issues in real-time. Your role will involve leading the quantitative assessment of potential new vendors by conducting 'bake-offs' to compare coverage, accuracy, and freshness of new datasets against incumbent providers. You will define and standardize the definition of 'Data Quality' for criminal records, creating a scoring model that weighs factors like PII completeness and disposition accuracy. You will partner closely with Vendor Managers to provide data-backed leverage in decision-making processes, ensuring that the vendors we work with meet our high standards for quality and reliability.
