Fivetran is seeking a Director of Business Development for their Enterprise team in North America. You'll lead the Sales Development organization, focusing on strategy and performance. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.
You have a proven track record in business development, particularly in the enterprise sector, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams. Your leadership style fosters a high-performing, metrics-driven culture that consistently delivers results. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives. You possess strong operational rigor and can translate high-level goals into actionable plans that drive performance and growth.
You are adept at developing talent within your team, mentoring individuals to become the next generation of go-to-market leaders. Your experience includes building and scaling teams in a fast-paced environment, and you thrive on creating a culture of accountability and excellence. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and leverage metrics to guide your team's efforts and measure success.
Experience in the data integration or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the modern data stack. You are comfortable navigating the complexities of enterprise sales and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with it. Your ability to influence and inspire others is key to your success in this role.
In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of the North America Sales Development organization. You will be responsible for building a high-performing team that consistently delivers a robust pipeline of opportunities. Your leadership will guide the team in developing effective outreach strategies and executing on them to meet and exceed targets. You will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization, driving initiatives that support overall business objectives.
