What you'll do

In this role, you will assist in the management of AWS data center operations, focusing on driving innovation while reducing operational costs. You will be tasked with performing rack installations and decommissioning, as well as conducting operational readings to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting facility and rack-level events, adhering to internal Service Level Agreements (SLA). You will provide key performance indicators to senior engineers, contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Additionally, you will oversee the on-site management of contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work aligns with established practices and local regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse team of engineers and specialists, contributing to the overall success of AWS infrastructure services.
