What you'll do

In this role, you will join GitLab's UX Research team, focusing on the core AI domain. You will lead tactical studies to gather user insights that inform product development for features like the Duo Agent Platform and GitLab Knowledge Graph. Your responsibilities will include designing and conducting user research, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that user needs are at the forefront of product decisions. Your work will directly impact the development of AI-powered tools that enhance productivity and innovation within the software development process.
