Overview

Boxxe is hiring a Bid Administrator to support the Bids and Tenders Team in managing the tendering function and creating persuasive responses to Invitations to Tender. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial and technical aspects of the business.

You have a strong understanding of the bidding process and possess excellent communication skills that enable you to collaborate effectively with account managers and other stakeholders. Your experience in managing proposals and tenders has equipped you with the ability to create compelling responses that meet customer requirements. You are detail-oriented and can handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality. You thrive in a team environment and are committed to fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues and clients alike. What you'll do

As a Bid Administrator at Boxxe, you will play a crucial role in the Bids and Tenders Team, supporting the competitive process of bidding on customer requirements and national Public Sector Framework Agreements. You will assist account managers in crafting persuasive and informative responses to Invitations to Tender (ITT's), ensuring that all submissions are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include managing the tendering function, coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, and ensuring that all bids are submitted on time. You will also be involved in reviewing and editing proposals to enhance their effectiveness and clarity. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in bid management, allowing you to contribute innovative ideas to improve the bidding process.
