What you'll do

In your role as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer, you will engage directly with customers to identify their challenges and design tailored AI solutions that leverage the Celonis Process Intelligence platform. You will collaborate with other AI experts across Product & Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to ensure that solutions are standardized and scalable, enabling widespread adoption among our customer base. Your responsibilities will include pitching the AI value proposition to clients, aligning solutions with their business objectives, and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation process.

You will play a key role in both pre-sales and post-sales activities, ensuring that customers are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully integrate AI into their operations. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial as you work to build strong relationships with clients and foster trust in Celonis' capabilities.
