Overview

Google is seeking a Senior ISV Sales Specialist IV to drive business partnerships with enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) in the Google Cloud sector. You'll leverage your extensive sales experience and knowledge of cloud security solutions to engage with technical stakeholders. This role requires 10 years of technology-related sales experience.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 10 years of technology-related sales, business development, or channel sales experience at a B2B software company. Your experience includes engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders or executive leaders, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You have a proven track record of building business partnerships with enterprise Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and managing business scenarios with multiple parties that have differing goals. Your knowledge of cloud security and compliance solutions is strong, allowing you to work effectively with Customer Engineers and customers' technical decision-makers to secure joint opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are adept at developing Go-to-Market strategies that align with both Google and ISV sales teams.

What you'll do

As an ISV Sales Specialist IV at Google Cloud, you will play a key role in understanding the needs of customers and shaping the future of how businesses utilize technology to connect with their customers, employees, and partners. You will lead the creation of partner pipelines, ensuring sufficiency in pipeline creation, velocity, and win rate. Your responsibilities will include qualifying early opportunities from lead to close and developing programs and business plays to scale best practices. You will also lead the ISV customer co-promote strategy and goals, working cross-functionally with Google and ISV sales teams, customer engineering, and partner services teams to drive success. Your role will require you to engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and working towards common objectives. You will be instrumental in developing strategies that enhance the partnership experience and drive revenue growth for both Google and its ISV partners.
