As the Head of Country Commercial Management for Card Payments at Tide, you will lead the Cards team in driving the growth of card payment transactions. You will oversee product improvements, such as the recent introduction of numberless cards and the launch of an Online Debit card, ensuring that these innovations meet the needs of our SME members. You will collaborate with Product, Business Insights, CRM, and Operations teams to develop strategies that enhance product positioning and drive member engagement. Your role will involve analyzing market trends and member feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
