You have a proven track record of supporting senior executives, ideally in a finance or strategic role, where you've demonstrated your ability to manage complex projects and initiatives. Your strong organizational skills enable you to prioritize effectively, ensuring that the CFO's agenda aligns with the company's strategic goals. You excel in building relationships across various teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive successful outcomes. You are adept at navigating cross-functional environments and can act as a proxy for the CFO when necessary, showcasing your ability to represent leadership effectively.
Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with financial operations and strategic planning. You are comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decision-making and can translate complex information into actionable insights for stakeholders.
As the Chief of Staff to the CFO, you will shape and manage the CFO's agenda, ensuring that the Finance organization's priorities are in sync with MongoDB's overall strategy. You will design and drive the operating rhythm for the Finance team, enabling consistent alignment and accountability on strategic and financial goals. Your role will involve partnering with the CFO and Finance leadership to surface key issues and frame decisions, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner. You will oversee high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that advance the CFO's vision and accelerate the company's growth trajectory. Your ability to maintain engagement with stakeholders will be crucial, as you will communicate information and actions from the CFO with appropriate follow-up, ensuring that initiatives are implemented successfully.
MongoDB provides a competitive salary range for this role, with a base salary between $129,000 and $253,000 USD.
