You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally within the SaaS industry, and understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to convey complex information in an easily understandable manner. Experience in the beauty and wellness industry is a plus, as it will help you understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by our clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success metrics will enable you to track progress and drive improvements effectively.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Zenoti, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring they are set up for success with our platform.
