Vanta is seeking a Senior Account Executive for the Nordics region to drive customer acquisition and build relationships in a competitive market. You'll engage with high-level executives and utilize structured sales methodologies to achieve predictable outcomes.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, where you've successfully built and managed a pipeline of high-potential accounts. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and translate complex concepts into clear business value sets you apart. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and are excited about the opportunity to help establish Vanta's presence in the Nordics market. You understand the importance of continuous security monitoring and compliance standards, and you are eager to educate prospects on these topics.
Experience in the tech or security industry is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and can navigate a competitive landscape while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
As a Senior Account Executive at Vanta, you will own your sales pipeline from the ground up. This includes identifying, researching, and prioritizing high-potential accounts and verticals to create new opportunities. You will run a world-class sales process, qualifying leads deeply, forecasting accurately, and progressing deals using structured methodologies to drive predictable outcomes. Your role will involve converting interest into long-term value by educating prospects on the business impact of Vanta's solutions, delivering compelling demos, and tailoring recommendations to meet each customer's goals.
You will communicate with executive presence, engaging confidently with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders. Your ability to translate complex compliance and security concepts into clear business language will be crucial in building trust and rapport with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the founding sales team in EMEA, contributing to the overall strategy and execution of Vanta's growth in the region.
