Celigo is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to join their global IT team. You'll focus on engineering IT solutions, managing internal systems, and providing support across various help desk requests. This role requires experience in AWS, Linux, and SQL.
You have a strong background in IT systems engineering, with experience managing and resolving Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 IT tickets. You are skilled in providing high-quality remote IT assistance and maintaining consistent service standards for distributed employees. Your expertise includes designing and implementing scalable IT solutions, such as enterprise SSO expansion and automated onboarding workflows. You are also familiar with cloud-based applications and enhancing security postures within an organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are comfortable working during US business hours to support global teams.
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages is a plus, as is familiarity with various IT service management frameworks. You understand the importance of effective communication and can escalate complex technical issues to senior IT leadership or external vendors when necessary. You are proactive in monitoring and responding to IT tickets, ensuring timely and effective technical support across regions.
In this role, you will manage and resolve IT tickets across the US, EMEA, and APAC regions, ensuring that all requests are handled promptly and effectively. You will provide high-quality remote IT assistance, maintaining service standards for distributed employees. Your responsibilities will include monitoring IT tickets, email inquiries, and support calls, while meeting established service level expectations. You will design and implement scalable IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Additionally, you will oversee the automation of internal processes and support cloud-based applications, contributing to the overall security posture of the organization.
