Woven by Toyota is enabling Toyota’s once-in-a-century transformation into a mobility company. Toyota is redefining what it means to move. We're challenging the current state of mobility by enhancing the movement of people, goods, information and energy. Centered around three core concepts - A Living Laboratory™, Human-Centered, and Ever Evolving City™ - Woven City serves as a test course for mobility to fulfill our purpose of well-being for all.
We do this by bringing together a diverse community of people with a shared passion for the future of mobility to co-create, develop and refine innovative products and services. This cross-section of social infrastructure, mobility, and people provides a unique opportunity for inventors, residents and visitors to interact seamlessly with new technologies throughout daily life in an environment that emulates a real city.
We’ll expand “mobility” not only for people but also for goods or information. Our project is going to provide innovative logistics services for the mobility of goods in Woven City by using delivery robots, smart devices and simulation technology. We believe that super-easy movements of goods can change our value and lifestyle.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated embedded software engineer to join us in building the next generation of smart infrastructure at the core of the Smart Logistics products and services using cutting-edge technologies. As we are deploying initial production services, we are also constantly looking ahead and exploring new horizons for the betterment of the mobility of goods. As such, we are looking for a talented engineer to help us maintain a reliable production environment while evolving our platform towards future applications. We strive to maintain a safe working environment where everyone’s opinion is valued and can contribute ideas to the products and development processes.
