You’ll be taking the lead on the design and launch of new programmes for our customers to ensure they receive their packages on time, at the highest speed, and lowest cost. Key job responsibilities

A day in the life
As a Programme Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and improving initiatives that ensure the smooth running of our operations. You’ll work closely with a range of Amazon colleagues to understand how they work, and what you and your teams can learn, as well as sharing your own expertise. Together, you’ll identify exciting new opportunities and will take the lead when it comes to designing their implementation.
You’ll encourage and support your teams and colleagues to meet important deliverables, while proactively looking for new, data-backed ways we could do things better. Your work will be integral to your team’s success.
About the team
Our team works on scaling and expanding Same Day deliveries across EU collaborating with external logistics providers. We automate tools that optimize and facilitate the management of our transportation network, while also supporting in the scaling of the business. We partner with stakeholders from transportation to retail, leveraging statistical and ML model to upgrade our internal technology.- Experience in program or project management
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
