Desirable

Experience with model evaluation and data analysis is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques. What you'll do

In this role, you will work directly with enterprise customers to understand their unique challenges and design tailored LLM solutions. You will be responsible for training and customizing frontier models, ensuring they are production-ready and capable of solving complex problems. Your work will involve leveraging Cohere’s full stack, including post-training techniques and model evaluations. You will influence the capabilities of Cohere’s foundation models by developing techniques, datasets, and insights that enhance their performance. You will collaborate closely with a diverse team of researchers and engineers, contributing to the mission of scaling intelligence for humanity.
