What you'll do

As the Head Coach & Community Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of coaches and ensuring they deliver a best-in-class experience to clients. You will coach an average of eleven classes per week, setting the standard for others to aspire to. You will provide ongoing feedback and support to your team, helping them develop their skills and confidence as coaches.

You will work closely with the Area Manager to implement strategies that drive studio success and align with the company's mission. You will play a key role in the training and development of new coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles. You will also engage with clients to build a strong community and encourage participation in studio activities.

Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of coaching and client satisfaction. You will monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall experience at the studio. You will collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless operation and contribute to the growth of the [solidcore] brand.
