As a Business Controller, you will be an essential part of our finance team. Your main responsibility will be to provide accurate financial analysis in order to make informed decisions and drive our success. To excel in your role, it is crucial that you go beyond the numbers and strive to understand the business, deliver actionable insights, key findings, and conclusions that will help steer the business toward success. You will regularly analyze the business's actual performance on a monthly/quarterly basis and compare it to the planned forecast performance, identifying any deviations and making recommendations as necessary. You'll be the trusted financial advisor for the organization, building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The impact you will create:  

• Provide critical insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making
• Create and maintain financial models to evaluate various scenarios and strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
• Contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company

What you bring in:  

• Bachelor's degree in  business administration, finance, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Controller, or in similar analytical roles, ideally in fast-growing organizations
• A genuine interest in data analysis, based on curiosity regarding what lies behind the data
• Ambition to provide critical insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in data analysis, and preferably also forecasting and budgeting
• Good communication skills (Swedish and English) to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• An ability to see the larger picture while still ensuring that the details come out correctly 

It would be great if you also have:

• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive or similar FP&A systems
