Overview

Axon is seeking a Senior Deal Operations Analyst to support the US Public Sector Sales team by improving deal execution efficiency and accuracy. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in strategic deal-making.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in deal operations or business analysis, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You possess excellent analytical skills and are adept at structuring pricing and modeling ROI. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with Account Executives to drive revenue growth. You are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset, enabling you to improve the quality of deal execution effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to making a meaningful impact in public safety. You understand the importance of diverse perspectives and are eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in accelerating revenue growth by enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of deal execution. You will partner with Account Executives throughout the sales lifecycle, helping to structure pricing and provide program comparisons. Your insights will be instrumental in closing mission-aligned deals that deliver real value to public safety agencies. You will also have the opportunity to influence high-impact outcomes and gain exposure to various functions within the organization. Your work will directly contribute to Axon's mission of protecting life and ensuring public safety.
