Geotab is seeking a Lead Service Product Designer to enhance user experiences in IoT and connected transportation. You'll work with Figma to design innovative solutions that improve fleet management. This role requires a strong background in product design and user experience.
You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on user experience and interaction design. You possess excellent skills in Figma and have experience working in a collaborative environment, where you can effectively communicate your design ideas to cross-functional teams. You understand the importance of user-centered design and have a passion for creating intuitive and engaging products. Your experience includes working on complex systems, and you are comfortable navigating the challenges that come with designing for IoT and connected transportation. You are adaptable and open to taking on new tasks that may not always be described in the initial job description. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact.
Experience with data analytics and machine learning is a plus, as it will help you understand the context in which your designs will be used. Familiarity with web-based analytics tools will also be beneficial in this role.
As a Lead Service Product Designer at Geotab, you will be responsible for leading the design process for our service products.
