Equativ is seeking a Senior Director of DSP Commercial Partnerships to lead the strategy and growth of commercial relationships with key demand partners. This role requires strong leadership and relationship-building skills to drive revenue outcomes.
You have over 10 years of experience in commercial partnerships, sales, or a related field — you've successfully built and managed relationships with key stakeholders in the digital advertising ecosystem. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify new partnership opportunities and develop innovative solutions that align with business goals. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams across Supply, Product, Sales, and Partnerships to drive alignment and execution. Your ability to translate complex product capabilities into compelling value propositions is a key strength, enabling you to effectively engage with DSP account teams and drive partner engagement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable taking a hands-on approach to leadership, guiding your team while also managing key strategic accounts. You are results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets through effective partnership strategies.
Experience in the digital advertising space, particularly with demand-side platforms (DSPs) or supply-side platforms (SSPs) would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the advertising industry will help you stay ahead of the curve and drive innovative initiatives. A strong network within the industry can also enhance your ability to forge new partnerships and expand existing ones.
In this role, you will own and execute the commercial strategy for DSP partnerships, ensuring alignment with revenue goals and product priorities. You will serve as the executive relationship owner for strategic enterprise DSPs, driving joint growth initiatives and identifying new partnership opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing commercial packaging strategies and innovation pilots that connect DSP capabilities to revenue. You will partner closely with DSP account teams to ensure strong execution and campaign health, translating SSP product capabilities into DSP-aligned value propositions. Additionally, you will build and manage processes to develop partners and playbooks, acting as a hands-on leader on key strategic accounts while elevating team performance. Setting clear KPIs and driving execution against commercial objectives will be essential to your success in this role.
