Overview

Agiloft is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to optimize service delivery and maintain infrastructure for their contract lifecycle management software. You'll work with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to enhance deployment processes. This role requires strong experience in DevOps practices.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with a strong background in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud services, particularly AWS, allows you to design and implement robust solutions that enhance service delivery. You are proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes, enabling you to streamline deployment processes effectively.

Your experience with Linux systems is extensive, and you understand the intricacies of system administration and performance tuning. You are familiar with configuration management tools like Ansible, which you use to automate and manage infrastructure efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with development and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement within the development lifecycle. Your ability to monitor and analyze system performance metrics helps you implement continuous improvements that enhance operational efficiency. You are committed to fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within your team, ensuring that everyone contributes to the success of the projects.

Desirable

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code practices is a plus, as it aligns with your goal of optimizing deployment processes. Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices will further enhance your ability to maintain a stable and efficient infrastructure.

What you'll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Agiloft, you will play a crucial role in optimizing service delivery across the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Cloud Ops team to ensure that the infrastructure is stable and efficient, enabling seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the infrastructure, as well as continuously improving building, packaging, and deployment processes.

You will work closely with development and QA teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring that the systems operate at peak efficiency. Your expertise in AWS will be instrumental in leveraging cloud capabilities to enhance the overall infrastructure. You will also implement best practices for security and compliance, ensuring that the systems are robust and secure.
