What you'll do

As the Professional Services Lead at Benchling, you will oversee a team of Implementation Managers, guiding them in delivering exceptional service to our diverse customer base. You will work closely with the Customer Experience Leader EMEA to define the professional services strategy and ensure that our methodologies are refined and effective. Your role will involve coaching and developing your team, fostering collaboration and continuous learning to enhance performance. You will be responsible for managing the implementation process, ensuring that clients achieve their scientific and business goals with our R&D Cloud solutions. You will also play a key role in scaling our implementation practice, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in our approach. Your leadership will be crucial in building a high-performing team that is dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction.
